YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:

• Edit my models for personal use
  
• Upload public cloneable avatars
  
• Make products, such as clothing, which are made to work with my avatar bases. However you cannot include the any of the original avatar files with those products. You are allowed to monetize these products however you please. You are allowed to sell bits of clothing which use solidified parts of my avatar bases mesh, such as thigh highs. distributing sufficient armature to carry weights is also allowed.
  
• Selling and monetising exclusive content made with my models is allowed, so long as the files themselves cannot be downloaded by another user. For example, selling a video of an animation you made using one of my avatar bases is OK. Selling the project files for that animation, is not okay.
  
• Use my models for other social VR games such as Resonite or CVR so long as the files cannot be directly downloaded by other users
  
• Use my models for V-tubing.
  
• Sell textures on websites such as booth and gumroad, so long as you have the rights to sell your textures (own legal copies of the model you are selling textures for), and are not including my project files.
  
• Monetize and create commissions for other users using this base. If you create an avatar for another user using this base, they do not need to own my files themselves.
  
  so long as you upload it to their account directly and must not provide them the original or modified files. If part of your commission process is giving the user the finished files afterwards, both users must legally own my product in question.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO:

• create content using this avatar to promote hateful, or racist ideologies.
  
• sell kitbashes, or edits of the model.
  
• share any License Key that is provided from any purchase of this avatar.
  
• distribute any of my files, even if modified, to users who do legally not own my products, or the files contained within them
  
• Upload my files onto websites and circles, public or private, where users who don’t have legitimate access to my products can download my products freely, or for monetary gain of a third party
  
• take credit for my products
  
• make any kind of artwork that has any tracing resemblance of my products, which includes drawing, modelling, texturing, sculpting, etc.
  
• use my products to train AI
  
• make NFTs
  
• make merchandise
  
• Include the files with any products or assets you create and intent to sell/share.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:

• Due to the nature of digital files, I cannot offer refunds
• I am not responsible for the misuse of my avatar.
• These terms of use, and conditions may change in the future

Breaking these rules can seriously hurt my business and livelihood. Please be warned I am protected by the UK copyright laws, and backed by a private team of DMCA professionals. I have active scanners and monitors for illegal distributors of my content, and I will pursue legal action if significant damage is caused.
