| – You must abide by my terms of use as if you were purchasing a regular base from me. | – Exactly the same as the normal standard license – If your custom model is very unique, or not very popular within the avatar market, I will need additional funds due to a lack of predicted profits after the base is completed. | – I will not resell the avatar base after completion. To put it simply, standard licenses will force you abide by the same rules you would expect when buying a standard avatar base. I also will keep the rights to resell the completed base, however I please.
Commercial licenses mean you get to keep all rights to the avatar. You can distribute the base to whoever you please, and even use the base for merchandise sales and branding.
